Bayou Belle Sweet Potato

Sweet potato

Bayou Belle is a variety with intense orange flesh and red to purple skin, visually distinct from Beauregard, with a shorter production cycle and superior productivity.

With a 90 to 100-day cycle, it is harvested earlier than Beauregard (110 to 120 days) and delivers consistently 10% higher yields. The texture when baked is firmer, with a sugar content similar to Evangeline.
