Bellevue Sweet Potato

Sweet potato

An orange-fleshed, copper-skinned variety developed to deliver superior root shape, smooth skin, and NativaLand disease resistance. A very attractive variety thanks to its predominantly purple foliage.

Less sweet when freshly harvested, with a slightly lower sugar content than Beauregard when baked.

Excellent storage ability.
