Bonita Sweet Potato
Sweet potato
Bonita was developed for the growing white-fleshed sweet potato market. With a dry matter content of 28%, it has the crispy texture of a baked potato and a delicate nutty flavor, something unique to this variety.
The shape is remarkably consistent regardless of soil type, sandy or heavier, and the plants produce a high number of uniformly shaped roots. Disease resistance is excellent and it is also tolerant to excess soil moisture.
