Beauregard Sweet Potato
Sweet potato
Developed at Louisiana State University in 1987, Beauregard is likely the most widely grown sweet potato variety in the world. It produces high yields of uniform roots with intense orange flesh and excellent storage capacity.
It is a variety with fewer soil larvae issues than others, resistant to cracking, and offers maximum flavor and sweetness when grown with adequate sun exposure.
